A New Approach

Digi-ONE Records is an independant recording label that is changing the way artists reach their fans and the way fans find music. The traditional models, while still valid, include radio, print, and music video channels as the primary methods for exposing new fans to new music. Digi-ONE Records uses new technology to enhance the traditional model by utilizing the internet for social networking, digital downloads, and online video. We are always investigating new marketing models to bypass the corporate filter and streamline the artist-to-fan pipeline.

Power of the Internet

Digi-ONE currently uses many different online methods to connect artists with their fans.

• Artist Web Sites - we build a custom web site for each artist that provides a centralized portal for all of the artists' social networking sites.
• Reverb Nation - Reverb Nation is a great tool for promoting an artist. The Reverb Nation widgets provide content for other sites.
• Facebook - Facebook connects with Reverb Nation to create a Facebook App called MyBand.
• MySpace - MySpace artist sites provide connections to the MySpace fan base and include their own song files and digital download sales.
• Twitter - Twitter updates can drive the status of Reverb Nation and Facebook accounts.
